Scott Lidbetter
Rear Admiral Scott Lidbetter left the Royal Navy as Head of the Fleet Air Arm in 2003 and has been working as a headhunter in the charity and non-profit sectors since that time.
In addition to his work in Executive Search, he is Chairman of the Fleet Air Arm Officers’ Association, a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Council Member of the Air League, Freeman of the City of London, Freeman of the Company of Security Professionals, and a member of the Risk & Security Management Forum.
